Full Service Home Owners Association Property Management 

This service is for Home Owners Associations that need a comprehensive, professional property management solution. Full-service property management includes the following: Windermere Property Management will always have the best interest of the HOA top of mind and will work to protect and increase property values in the community. As the HOA management company, we do not establish any rules or regulations for a community. Rather our role is to implement the guidelines set by the HOA. We provide services to ensure that the HOA is working in accordance with the state and national laws that protect homeowners.

The proposal for management of a Homeowner’s Association is priced per door per month. For that we will provide the following services: 

  1. Quarterly meeting attendance

  2. Quarterly Profit and Loss Reports

  3. Pay the common property bills

  4. Send out and collect Homeowners Dues

  5. Reconcile Accounts

  6. Propose yearly budget

  7. Management of regular on-going maintenance

  8. Management of annual inspections such as fire alarm and sprinkler system

  9. Monthly check on grounds and appearance of property

We use a software program called AppFolio that would allow each homeowner to follow their account online through an Owner Portal. We can also help homeowners manage their rentals according to the HOA rules for tenants on a separate fee basis.
