  5. Negotiate, prepare and sign the commercial lease agreements as your property manager.

  6. Facilitate a unit move-in with tenant.

  7. Monitor your commercial property with periodic drive-by and annual interior inspections.

  8. Maintain your commercial property using our large network of licensed, bonded, and insured vendors. Your tenant can report maintenance issues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.We ask your permission before taking care of any items exceeding $1000 (unless it is an emergency) and obtain competitive bids on larger jobs.

  9. Act as your emergency contact for the building, handling all tenant contact, maintenance requests and concerns.

  10. Arrange for annual inspections, track and maintain through qualified vendors all fire, emergency and security systems for the building.
